Cloud Mapping for Images

Overview

Image mapping differs based on your cloud as the Image ID differs between clouds. See the Configure Image IDs  section for additional information.

To map the CloudCenter VA base image IDs to the logical image name, you can use the Cloud Configurations tab method (see Map Images) or the Images tab method (this page).

The CloudCenter platform does not provide out-of-box image mapping for  Datacenters and Private Clouds. Once you set up image mapping for application VMs (Ubuntu1204), the available Services are displayed.
